The inputs of this activity are:
- Information about the performance of services and products by deliver & support activity
- Feedbacks represented by stakeholders and information about third-party service components by engage activity
- Performance and improvement opportunities by all value chain activities
- Information about new or changed services and products by design & transition and obtain/build activities
The outputs of this activity are:
- Improvement programs and status reports to all value chain activities
- Information about value chain’s performance to plan activity and governing body
- Contracts’ requirements to engage activity
- Information about service performance to design & transition activity
